Because our store primarily offers personalized spellwork, tarot readings, and digital services, traditional returns are not always possible. However, we believe in fairness, transparency, and maintaining trust with every client. This Return & Refund Policy explains when a return, exchange, or refund may apply.

1. General Policy

Most of our products and services are non-returnable and non-refundable. Energetic work begins shortly after your order is placed, and spiritual results cannot be “undone” or resold. Please purchase with mindfulness and clear intention.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Physical goods, if offered in the future (such as printed guides, ritual tools, or accessories), may be eligible for returns within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Digital downloads, spellwork, and readings are not eligible for return.

3. Refunds

Refunds may only be issued under the following circumstances:

• Accidental duplicate purchase or double charge.
• Technical failure preventing delivery of a digital product or reading.
• An order cancelled before the spellwork or reading has been prepared.

If your case meets these conditions, please contact us at support@eloria-rituals.com within 7 days of your purchase. Once approved, refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank, this may take 5–10 business days.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for spellwork or tarot readings. However, if you purchased a physical item and received it damaged or defective, we may offer a replacement. Please provide photo evidence of the damage and contact us within 5 days of receiving your package.

5. No Guarantees of Outcome

Spiritual services are highly personal and results vary from person to person. While many clients report positive experiences, outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Refunds are not provided based on dissatisfaction with metaphysical results.

6. Disputes & Chargebacks

We kindly ask that you reach out to us before initiating a chargeback. Our team is committed to resolving concerns directly, and chargebacks filed without prior communication may limit future access to our services.
